When to make the payment?
Orientation Week fee should be paid within 30 days since being accepted (the exact date will be specified in Certification of Enrollment – available in candidates’ profile in a database on the page with an application form, under blue button “Printouts” ).
How to make the payment?
Each candidate after being accepted receives an e-mail (title below) with information about the acceptance and the bank account details.
[Admission 2020] Your application (Form: candidates application number) has changed its status to: Accepted (waiting for payment)
In the title of the bank transfer please write: the application number, name, surname.
Please be advised that you might be charged with additional costs while making the transfer of payment from abroad. However the full amount of the tuition fee must appear on the University account, so please make sure that all additional banking charges are covered by you.
How will I know that the payment reached University account?
It usually takes up to maximum of 5 working days for the payment to be credited in the University account. When the payment will be credited then candidate receives an e-mail (title below) notification:
[Admission 2020] Your application (Form: candidates application number) has changed its status to: Accepted (payment received)
What about the tuition fee?
Tuition fee for the first semester can be paid into the same bank account as the Orientation Week fee. During the Orientation Week students will receive access to the e’Deans portal where new bank account (which will be used for the whole duration of studies) details are listed and from that moment all payments should be done to the indicated bank account.
Orientation Week fee refund
The Orientation week fee is refundable:
– in 70% when application is cancelled 30 days days before the start of the Orientation Week
– in 50% when application is cancelled 14 days before the start of the Orientation Week
– in 30% when application is cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the Orientation Week.
