In order to successfully complete the application process the Candidate included in the list of candidates qualified for studying (status Conditionally accepted or Accepted waiting for payment) have to submit:

the hard copies of the documents required at the time of registration

a signed copy of the Price List : Disposition - tuition fees 2020/2021 (850 KB) to the following postal address:

The Candidate with the status (status Accepted payment received) are obliged to deliver the following documents to the Admissions Office:
the European Health Insurance Card or document certifying:

possession of a health insurance policy covering the period of studies in Poland, or

inclusion in the universal health insurance scheme as construed in the Act on Health Care Services Financed from Public Funds of 27 August 2004 (Journal of Laws 2018: it. 1510, as amended), or

certification of the insurer’s coverage of the costs of medical treatment in the Republic of Poland for the minimum sum of EUR 30 000.
