In this place we will try to answer your questions regarding recruitment procedure:

What is the deadline for registration?

The deadline for registration in MUG electronic database (admission2026.mug.edu.pl) depends on the program. For Doctor of Medicine it is 15.07.2026, for B.Sc. Nursing and Master of Pharmacy it is 31.07.2026, for Premedical Course it is 31.07.2026. Deadlines for registration in recruitment agencies cooperating with MUG may be earlier – please check with your chosen agency. The 2026 electronic database will be open on March 18th 2026.

How much is the registration fee?

After registration in our on-line enrolment system, candidates applying directly through the Admission Office for 6-year Doctor of Medicine, 3-year Bachelor of Nursing, and 5,5-year Master of Pharmacy need to pay the registration fee in the amount of 100 Polish zloty.

When I should pay Orientation Week/tuition fee?

M.D. programme, Master of Pharmacy programme, Bachelor of Nursing programme: Orientation Week fee should be paid within 30 days since acceptance date (the exact date will be specified in the Certification of Enrollment.) The tuition fee for each year should be paid in two installments: first one should be paid by the 15th of October (or 15th of November — applies only to students applying for loans); the second installment — should be paid by the 15th of February.

Premedical Course: fee for the Course should be paid within 30 days since being accepted (the exact date will be specified in Certification of Enrollment).

Where can I find the Application Form?

The application form is available in the MUG’s on-line enrolment system (available at: admission2026.mug.edu.pl). After completing and approving the application form in the database, it should be printed from the “Printouts” tab. Both versions of the document — the English and the automatically created Polish translation should be printed and signed (it’s a formal requirement – the documents are necessary for the student’s file). Both signed documents should be scanned and attached as PDF files in the on-line enrolment system (along with other documents – the high school diploma, and the English language proficiency certificate.)

What are the electronic photo requirements?

File format: JPG, minimum photo size: 375×300 pixels (height of the photo is larger than its width), maximum file size: 500kb, passport type photo. This photo will be in your student ID, the Dean’s office database profile, in official IDs – so, please, make sure its form is official.

How to change the profile photo in the on-line enrolment system?

  1. Log into the on-line enrolment system
  2. Go to the “Profile” tab
  3. Click on the “Change” button
  4. Click “Browse…” button and choose your photo
  5. Save changes by clicking “Change” button

My whole education was conducted in English. Do I have to submit English language certificate?

According to the latest legislation, all candidates need to have the English language certificate at the level minimum of B2 (such as IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), more information about the certificates can be found here

I am an IB diploma holder with a grade from English. Do I have to submit additional English language certificate?

Candidates who have an HL or SL grade in English at the IB diploma do not have to submit additional documents confirming the knowledge of English necessary to undertake studies (B2 — according to the CEFR scale).

Where can I find the list of required English certificates and the minimum proficiency level?

Based on the applicable criteria, the minimum level of English proficiency required to start is B2. Here you can find the list of acceptable certificates and the corresponding proficiency levels.

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 30 July 2025 (Dziennik Ustaw 2025 poz. 1045), proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level can be confirmed by the following certificates:

Is the Orientation Week obligatory?

Yes, it is for all accepted students for the first year of studies. *Orientation Week is the only opportunity to obtain information necessary for the proper start of studies; it is the period of allotment to student groups and to carry out the necessary medical examinations.

Does MUG help with the visa process?

After accepting the candidate, the MUG’s Admissions Office issues documents confirming the admission, which is necessary to apply for a student visa. Also, at the request of the Embassy/Consulate, MUG’s Admissions Office confirms the authenticity of the above documents. Organization of the date of obtaining a visa, and the whole visa process is the student’s own responsibility. Assistance may be provided by recruitment agencies cooperating with MUG – direct contact with the agency is recommended.
