The results obtained by the candidate with a high school diploma from India will be converted as follows. The results obtained on the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination after the end of class XII and the corresponding exams (NEET for medicine candidates) are treated as equivalent to the high school final exams at the advanced level..

    A candidate with a secondary school leaving certificate from India applying for admission to study in English at the time of registration is required:
    STEP I: Register on-line in the candidates database (the system will open in March, 2024): admission2024.mug.edu.pl
    STEP II: Choose the program of study
    STEP III: Submit on-line the application form with all other documents.
    - secondary school-leaving certificate High School Certificate (All India Secondary School Certificate, Indian Certificate of Secondary Education, Secondary School Certificate, All India and Delhi Senior School Certificate), and Higher Secondary Certificate (Indian School Certificate Examination) with Higher Secondary School Record – Transcript for conversion of grades into recruitment points.

    The results obtained as part of the secondary school graduation certificate Higher Secondary Certificate (expressed as a percentage scale) are converted into points by the Faculty Admissions Committee according to the table.

    After obtaining a minimum of 40 %, conversion = [percentage] x 0.3 (from 30-12 MUG's recruitment points). Below 40% - 0 MUG's recruitment points

    After obtaining a minimum of 80 %, conversion = [percentage] x 0.15 (from 30-12 MUG's recruitment points). Below 80 points - 0 MUG's recruitment points

    Certificates from India require recognition by the Education Superintendent in Poland.
    Recruitment points separately for each subject will be entered into the ERK system by employees of the MUG Recruitment Department.

    A person with a high school diploma from India does not need to provide any additional English language certification if the language of instruction at their high school was English.
    If the language of instruction at their high school was other than English. The CEFR B2 level must be confirmed with the following certificates: IELTS – at least 6.5 points; TOEFL iBT – at least 87 points and minimum 3.5 points for the written TWE work, TOEFL PBT – at least 510 points in the test (at least 180 points in the computer system), or any equivalent certificate.
    *STEP IV*: Submit the application form with all other documents to the University Admissions Office ot to the proper recruitment company.
    After the acceptance an oryginal HSD with Apostille or consular authorisation.
    *STEP V*: After acceptance
    Transfer payment for Orientation Week fee and Course fee goes to your individual account number (given at the top of your application form). Document with the condition of acceptance and deadline of payment will be present in the candidates database - application form - "Printouts"
