Score calculation for candidates for the full cycle Master Degree studies 6-year M.D., 5,5-year Master of Pharmacy programme

The basis for determining the order of candidates on the ranking lists is the qualification result determined on the basis of the results obtained on the secondary school leaving certificate (enabling the commencement of higher education at the field of medicine in the country of issue of the diploma) and the results of the entrance examination.

Candidates to the full cycle 6-year M.D studies offered in the English language can obtain the following maximum scores in the qualification procedure:
1) 60 points – for the results shown on the high school diploma (maximum 30 points for each of the 2 courses compulsory in the qualification procedure).
2) 60 points – for the written part of the entrance examination in English in two subject areas, advanced level, namely: biology and chemistry
3) 10 points – for the oral part of the entrance examination in the English language
The method of calculating the points for the results obtained on the secondary school leaving certificate for the qualification result depends on many factors, among others: the education system of individual countries, the type of final exams, the level at which subjects were taken).

5.5-year Master of Pharmacy:
1) 60 points – for the results shown on the high school diploma (maximum 30 points for each of the 2 courses compulsory in the qualification procedure.)
2) 40 points – for the oral part of the entrance examination in the English language (20 points for the knowledge of selected aspects of Biology and Chemistry, and 20 points for the knowledge based on the English language proficiency, motivation and predisposition for pharmaceutical profession.)

If the candidate presents a certificate of predicted grades issued by the educational institution in which he/she completes the last year of secondary education, MUG’s recruitment points will be calculated for each subject so that the candidate can take the written entrance exam.
The final score will be calculated upon delivery of authenticated (apostille, consular authentication) documents with final assessments. Only then will it be possible to issue the final admission decision.
Changing the points will no longer be possible if the deadline for submission of relevant documents with final grades is after completing the admission limit for a given field of study and after publishing the list of accepted candidates.

To check how your certificate will be recalculated, select the country in which the secondary school leaving certificate was issued, or the country according to the educational rules of which the school you graduated from operated. (below):
